It had its moments but I was underwhelmed by this cloning-gone-wrong thriller that starred Sarah Polley and Adrien Brody. It wasn't terrible by any means and ultimately it was going after the sadness of family structure instead of over-the-top thrills but it didn't quite get there. On a related note I went to visit friends in Northampton this weekend and was offered a "duffin," a pastry that is half donut, half muffin. When will the madness end? When will scientists and bakers realize you can't mess with God's natural order?
